Giving Back To the Cardano Community

Sharing the Cardano Know-how

One of our goals is to push the development of the Cardano ecosystem. We have conducted extensive research and development to overcome a key issue in Cardano ecosystem - on-chain guarantee on TokenName duplication check on same PolicyID. Eventually, we aim to open source the code, provide documentation and conduct live coding sessions with reputable Cardano communities like Gimbalabs. The CNS team is happy to share all know-how with the community and foster the growth of Cardano ecosystem as a whole.

Participation in Community Consensus

The CNS team is also an active participant in community consensus. As the domain landscape evolves, conflict in resolution is inevitable in a fully decentralized blockchain like Cardano. Having many different ways to integrate domain solutions into applications and platforms can result in user confusion or in serious cases, loss of funds. To prevent this from happening, there should be community consensus in place regarding the proper integration process.

CNS is driving the discussion for such consensus in a CIP pull request. After the initial Cardano Problem Statement (CPS) is formalized, we will proceed with proposing the CIP. We urge all community members to participate in the process as well and contribute to the development of Cardano!
